Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This site is a private platform operated by geniant for sharing confidential prototypes and demos with invited clients. This policy describes what information the platform collects and how it is used.
What we collect
Account details (name and email address) for geniant team members who sign in; the email address you confirm when accessing a protected demo with a one-time code; and standard visit information for the demos we host — pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address — so project teams can understand how a demo is being used.
Cookies
We use session cookies for signed-in team members and a cookie that remembers you have been granted access to a protected demo. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to operate the platform and to inform the client engagement a demo belongs to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers that host and deliver the platform (such as hosting and email delivery).
Retention
Information is kept only as long as it is needed for the relevant engagement or as required by law, and is then deleted.
Contact
Questions or requests about your information can be sent to contact@geniant.com.
